Superior Welcomes New Faces
With continued and sustained growth for the UK’s largest hot tub importer and distributor, Superior Spas has confirmed the appointment of four new key personnel, ensuring the company is match fit, ready for 2020 and beyond. Rob Carlin, Managing Director of Superior explains: “We are currently undergoing major growth and expansion and our business needs to grow with this. “Growth brings new challenges, along with opportunities, which means we need more structure within our company to manage our growth and move forward with greater successes,” adds Rob. Superior has four important new job roles to meet the expectations they have set themselves for the new-year ahead.
In Carol Claydon, the fast expanding Superior now has an experienced in-house HR Manager to orchestrate recruitment, on-going training and personal development of teams and employees. The role is a key part of future-proofing Superior’s growth investing in the company culture moving forward. With the sheer volume of containers arriving on a daily basis and the thousands of deliveries that need to be organised and undertaken, it was important to have an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all logistics, warehouse and stock control and those reins will be held by newly appointed Rodney Ashworth.
Superior Spas growth into Europe is continuing at a steady pace rate and is a key focus moving into 2020. The introduction of Alyssa Blackbourn as Export Manager will help this avenue of their business. Rob explains: “We are now fortunate to have several employees that are fluent in different languages, including French, Germany, Italian and Spanish’ which will only improve the communication and service we offer.” “Customers are at the heart of everything we do and our goal is to improve what we do regarding our customers, both new and existing alike, as without them we do not have a business,” Rob continues. With this in mind, Superior has created a new Head of Customer Experience role and appointed Tracey Wardell to oversee and improve all key areas such as after sales.
Once again Superior have recruited an experience individual that brings knowledge in from a different industry, which can only improve the overall performance of Superior Spas.
